Business Service Delivery concept
The Business Service Delivery describes why external Actors, or customers, clients, patients, etc., want to order Business Products, how the delivery is performed in terms of Business Services and Business Processes, under which conditions as Contracts, and how value is created for all relevant stakeholders.
Problems and Solutions
Often the delivery of products through business services is only picked-up during the design process and a responsibility of the Product Owner. Due to this it is more than once that the reuse of already designed and developed components is not performed, resulting in unnecessary projects starting to design and develop business services that could have easily been omitted by reusing and changing already developed Business Services, Contracts, Business Processes, Business Functionalities and Apps of Information Systems. This, of course, leads to extra work, time and budgets, and often lesser quality.

Advantages of the Enterprise Architects approach
Through the use of the Business Service Delivery concept based on components of the Proposition model the recognition of patterns is quite simple and the reuse and adaptation of already designed business services, processes, and (enriched) business functions can be taken at hand and deliver the new functionalities very fast and against a fraction of the costs.
